What is Meow Parlour?
Meow Parlour is NYC’s first cat cafe! They work hand in hand with Meow Parlour Cats, a nonprofit organization that works to rescue cats and place them at Meow Parlour until they are adopted. A portion of our proceeds goes to Meow Parlour Cats to help in their rescue efforts.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Process and Ship?
Orders ship within 1-5 business days. We ship most packages via DHL. This typically takes 3-5 business days in the U.S., 8-10 business days to Canada, and 14 or more business days internationally.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with tracking information in 1 to 2 business days from the shipping supplier so you can track your delivery.
How can I clean ToastyCat?
The fabric cover is removable via the zipper. Wash in warm water (gentle settings) but also spot treating and vacuuming are also effective.
What is Your Return Policy?
If you receive ToastyCat with a manufacturer’s defect or if it was damaged during shipping that can be identified, email us within the first 7 days and a return process can be initiated. However due to the nature of the product being so personal to each pet, all sales are final.
Freshly Baked
The ToastCat bakery was established in 2019 in a Brooklyn New York studio as fun entrepreneurship endeavor to combine our love of cats and making products. It started small with just a small bake themed booth at cat conventions. We are now on version 3 of the patented bread bed which streamlines production and allows us to continue showcasing cats behavior in a bed with real purr-tonality.
